Anil Agarwalla

Mr. Anil Agarwalla is a distinguished legal professional who graduated in Law from the prestigious Calcutta University, enrolling as an advocate in the year 1989. His legal journey began even before his graduation as he commenced training with the renowned solicitor firm LP Agarwalla & Co. in 1982.

Starting his practice in Calcutta, Mr. Agarwalla dealt with a diverse array of litigations. His expertise extended to banking cases, acquisitions, mergers, amalgamations, assisting companies in liquidation, property matters, matrimonial and family disputes, probate matters and custom matters related to Import & Export Duties. He further gained proficiency in conveyancing, arbitration and criminal cases under provisions of IPC, FERA.

In 1990, he shifted his practice to Delhi, where he engaged extensively in arbitration work and handling cases in various esteemed courts such as the Delhi High Court, Supreme Court of India, Chandigarh High Court, Bombay High Court and District Courts in Delhi and Chandigarh. He also provided expert representation before specialized bodies like the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT), Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal (DRAT), Consumer Forum  and CSTAT.
